EANBiT has collaborated with three universities namely; Pwani University, Makerere University and Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences and four research institutes which are icipe, KEMRI-Wellcome Trust, UVRI and BecA-ILRI Hub, in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
